House Raise and Develop Under
This project was designed by Gail Rogers Architect and completed in 2017. Approx budget $340k.
Once the old stumps were removed, specialist house raising firm XXX lifted the old Queenslander two meters into the air. New steelwork and columns were fitted by Ultibuild. A mix of feature brick and timber framed infill wall were constructed, forming open living and kitchen areas in addition to the 4 car garage.
Everton Park Entry & Study
This 1960's home has been transformed with a modest budget and skilful design. Now the home's first impression is inviting, with no confusion about the entry point. The circular fort like study stands guard over the new entry zone, cutting a fine silouette for this hillside home.
