Bill was so amazing. He did some renovation work for us a few months ago. He was so brilliant to deal with. From the beginning to the end of the project he was incredibly responsive in terms of emails, getting us quotes. And his quotes were bang on, there were no weird surprises, no bill shock. They were very professionally prepared, by turning up on time and attention to detail. We really enjoyed the renovating process with Bill. From day one we had a great sense that he was going to be honest and fair with us, which was really important. He was really easy to work with- everything was explained there was always a solution- and options. It was very easy to live through our renovation with Bill. He took a great deal of care and attention to detail. In making sure that our deck which faces the street didn't look like an add on. It flows really well. We don't have any complaints whatsoever. We're really happy with the job that was done, happy with the quality of all the workmanship. And it was a great relationship throughout those four months, which can be a very stressful time for a lot of people. Bill made the process really enjoyable.

He's incredibly good at communicating. Unlike most people we have to deal with in life, with Bill, if you call, text or email, he responds straight away, and it'll be helpful and complete. The most important thing is, we're happy to have him in our home. We trust him completely, and he's never done anything to break our trust. The people he brings in, the subcontractors and the other people he works with have the same very high standards. So we're able to allow the projects he's done for us to go ahead without being concerned about anything at all. And that gives us great confidence.
